  "This is an instructional book and a collection of gospel hymns deemed suitable for playing in several musical styles. The study material for banjo players includes chord diagrams for the BLUEGRASS, PLECTRUM, TENOR, AND GUITAR TUNED banjos. Not all of the songs are "Southern Gospel," which when I was younger could generate an "Amen" or a "Hallelujah," but some are what I call "Modern Methodist" songs!"
